PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Our Company processes your personal data for purposes and legal grounds including the fulfillment of obligations and commitments under all applicable national/international legislation, secondary regulations issued by national/international competent authorities based thereon, or contracts to which it is a party in connection with such legislation or its activities (such as identity verification, data retention, reporting, notifications, etc.); the establishment of contracts for any products and services you request from our Company, as well as the preparation of all other records and documents (in paper or electronic form); the provision of the said products and services; and ensuring their proper and uninterrupted continuation.

Where permitted and to the extent allowed by applicable legislation, İNTRON BİLİŞİM may record, store, update, disclose to third parties, transfer, classify, and process your personal information.

• Contacting our customers regarding the terms, current status, and updates of the contracts concluded under the relevant provisions of the Distance Sales Contract and the Law on Consumer Protection, and providing the necessary notifications,

• Fulfilling obligations undertaken under the contracts concluded in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Distance Sales Contract and the Law on Consumer Protection,

• Providing a better shopping experience to our customers, informing them about products that may be of interest based on their preferences, and communicating promotional campaigns,

• Increasing customer satisfaction, using data for customer segmentation and analysis, engaging in various marketing and advertising activities, and conducting surveys electronically and/or physically through partner organizations,

• Offering recommendations to our customers through our affiliates and business partners, and informing them about our services,

• Evaluating customer complaints and suggestions regarding our services,

• Fulfilling our legal obligations and exercising our rights arising from applicable legislation.

The data provided by customers who carry out transactions via www.intron.local is processed by İNTRON BİLİŞİM with their consent and in accordance with legislative provisions.

In order to provide better service to visitors of www.intron.local, and within the framework of legal obligations, İNTRON BİLİŞİM will collect, process, share with third parties, and securely store your browsing information, provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope set forth in this Personal Data Protection Statement.

Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred, primarily but not limited to, persons or organizations that have the right, authority, or legal permission to request and process personal data under all applicable national/international legislation and/or under contracts to which our company is a party (including judicial and administrative authorities, other official institutions, and individuals); as well as our direct/indirect domestic and international subsidiaries or affiliates; domestic/international/international public or private institutions and organizations, companies, and other third parties with whom our company receives services/support/consultancy, cooperates, or has project/program/financial partnerships.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

The personal data shared with İNTRON BİLİŞİM is under the supervision and control of İNTRON BİLİŞİM. Acting in its capacity as the data controller, İNTRON BİLİŞİM assumes responsibility for establishing the necessary organizational structure and taking and adapting the technical measures required to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

Fully aware of this obligation, we conduct regular penetration tests in compliance with relevant international and national technical standards concerning data privacy, and we hereby inform you that we continuously update our data processing policies within this framework.

For the legal reasons outlined above, your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, through automatic or non-automatic means, via the Company’s Head Office Departments, Branches, Call Center, and any other similar channels.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

By applying to İNTRON BİLİŞİM, you have the right to:

1. Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

2. Request information if your personal data has been processed,

3. Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,

4. Learn the identities of third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,

5. Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,

6. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,

7. Request that the actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs (5) and (6) above be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

8. Object to the emergence of a result against you as a consequence of the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

9. Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Data Controller to Whom You May Apply Under the Law

In accordance with the provisions of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding the exercise of your rights specified above in writing, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, and also via the channels specified below to İNTRON BİLİŞİM. İNTRON BİLİŞİM reserves the right to reject applications that are not duly made or that are not in written form.
